Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website

3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide all the necessary documents for exporting and importing. Including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Certificate of Origin. And other required documents related to our equipment.

4.What is the average lead time?
For samples, the delivery time is about 7 days. For mass production, the delivery time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery times are effective when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we finally approve your product. If our delivery times do not meet your deadlines, please review your requirements in your sales. In any case, we will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.
